Terms and Conditions

Accommodations

1. All the apartments offered to the client are available at the time of request. Until the booking is made these apartments are considered vacant and therefore may be rented by other clients.
2. Advance booking is preferred and must be prepaid. The deposit is non-refundable.
3. Payment of deposit indicates that the client accepts the terms and conditions of Maktom Ltd. regarding apartment reservation, cancellation and payment policy. It means also that the client has read the property description and knows his or her rights and obligations.
4. On the day of arrival the balance due must be paid to either to the apartment owner or a representative of our company. This is non-refundable if a stay is shortened.
5. Once final payment is made, the client receives the keys to the apartment and is responsible for them for the entire duration of the stay.
6. If a bond is required, it is returned to the client on the day of departure after the cost of any damages to the apartment or furniture, loss of the keys and outgoing telephone charges are subtracted.
7. Check-in is 1.00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 noon. Any change is possible only by prior arrangement. Any prolongation of stay requires an extra payment. It is equal to half-day accommodation fee.
8. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum occupancy as stated on the company's site. Moreover, China, cutlery, bed linen, and towels in the apartment will be available only for the number of people listed in the Inquiry Form.
9. Disrespectful behaviour, loud music late at night or early in the morning, or any other breaches of regulations are not tolerated. Failure to comply will result in penalties and fines.
10. If for any reason the accommodation originally reserved is not available, the company reserves the right to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity.

Money Matters

1. All fees are based on prices prevailing at the time of quotation and may be subject to change, with the exception of rental price, which is confirmed as quoted and includes all taxes.
2. The prices quoted include heat, electricity, gas, and television. The prices exclude charges for telephone calls to other cities or countries.
3. The non-refundable deposit for each booking is equal to one day's accommodation in the chosen apartment. Prepayment instructions are given in Payment Options section.
4. The final balance (minus the prepayment) is due in cash (Rubles/Euros/Dollars) on the day of arrival.
5. Receipts for both the deposit and final payment are available upon request.

Cancellation

1. All cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, post or fax.
2. Cancellation made by the client prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiting the deposit.
3. If the cancellation is made by the company, the deposit will be refunded.
4. Neither Maktom Company nor the owner of the property is liable for any accident, losses or damage sustained during the rental period.
5. The company cannot be held responsible (and therefore no refund is payable) for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment or hotel room, including electricity, plumbing, equipment and water, or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the building.

Facilities and services

1. Clients are expected to fend for themselves. However, the company may assist in arranging maid service on request for an extra charge.
2. Pets or animals are not allowed unless agreed to by the owner. This doesn't apply to guide dogs.
3. All apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. No food is provided.

1. The Maktom Company reserves the right to make changes in the Terms and Conditions Statement, so please read it carefully every time you make a booking.
2. Personal information submitted will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Website Policies

1. Your access to and use of this Site is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

The Maktom Company makes no guarantee, representation or warranty that the use, transfer, reproduction, distribution, transmission, or storage of any Site content outside the Russian Federation is in compliance with the laws of any other governmental authority or jurisdiction which may be applicable.
5. Your use of and any browsing in the Site are at your own risk. Neither Maktom Ltd., any of its agencies, nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site.
6. The Maktom Company also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio form the Site.
7. Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by e-mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary. Anything you transmit or post becomes the property of the Maktom Company or its affiliates and may be used for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, the Maktom Company is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information.

The Maktom Company is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of opinions expressed in or any other aspects of other Websites.
